LLC was formed in 2005, and we have been involved in real estate
investing since 1998. Actually, Bryan Dahl, co-owner, has
been
involved in real estate his whole life. His father was Home
Builder
that built a few dozen homes, mostly in Overland Park and Johnson
County, Kansas. At changing times in the economy, he worked
throughout
the metro area remodeling residential and light commercial.
He was old
school, and did most of the varied tasks himself in building and
remodeling, from Design, concrete, rough-in, electrical, plumbing,
carpentry, finish, and took pride in every job he did, to the smallest
detail. Much of this pride and follow through and
perfectionism rubbed
off on Bryan, who grew up around this, gaining immense knowledge and
experience. As matter of fact, at 4 or 5 years old, helped
trowel his
first concrete on driveway. Kelly Dahl gained knowledge from
her
lawyer/accountant father, and followed in his footsteps with an
accounting degree and business background, and is a CPA. Between the
two of them, they have the financial and real estate experience and
desire to help you on your path to a better financial future and the
experience of your home ownership dreams, for you, and your family!
Speaking of family, Kelly and Bryan have a 4 year old girl, Kelsey and a new addition to the family in August, 2011, Konnor. Mission
